It seems like all of the decent swells have come through on weekends over the past few weeks, great for the office types. I was down South this weekend and was in two minds about going after seeing a spike in the charts, but by all reports I didn’t miss much.

At the half way point of this week it’s flat. There’s a peak at Tallows but you’ll need something chubby. I rose a little late today and dashed out the back to catch the sun just sneaking behind the low-hanging cloud. Up at main beach the nippers were out in force and surfing the half-foot peelers on their skis.

The water’s warm and Le Sunshine is heating up, get out there…
